The Twins are the fourth encountered in Episode 2 The Facilities. Their appearance is same like Cowgirl, or Mama, the only difference is that they have 4000HP, and although they share a same health bar, each of them can be killed separatedly, if you damage them for 2000HP.
They are encountered at the end of E2M9, directly after the bossfight with Son of Intoxigator.
